Hassan Shaikh is a South African-born workplace strategist who brings over two decades of global experience to reimagining how people and organisations connect through space. With a foundation in architecture and design, Hassan uses workplace design as his canvas to solve complex business challenges while creating environments that truly support human potential.
His career spans Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa, where he has led transformative strategies for multinational enterprises—optimising portfolios, driving organisational agility, and embedding sustainability into the workplace. Hassan’s work is guided by a belief that spaces should do more than tsks, they should foster well-being, creativity, and belonging.
Holding a Doctorate in Design, Hassan’s research explored next-generation workplace models for hybrid and post-pandemic realities. This work was deeply personal, motivated with a desire to understand how environments can empower neurodiverse individuals to thrive. Recognised as a thought leader and keynote speaker, Hassan shares insights on workplace innovation, human-centered design, and the intersection of technology and space. His passion lies in creating workplaces that inspire connection, purpose, and performance.
